Group Exercise Classes

Carry me:  A postpartum exercise class for parents and their babies.  Ease your body back into shape while wearing your little one in the baby carrier of your choice.


Sole: A training class to help you prevent foot/ankle injuries and improve gait 

Back in Motion:  An exercise fitness class for those who want to improve posture, prevent a back injury or are getting back into shape after a spine injury.
